Qualifications

• 1+ years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Follows OSHA requirements and safety guidelines.
• Ability to motivate team and support customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in complex, task-oriented janitorial operations.
• Provide direct support to Maintenance Operations Center and Field Ops teams.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and other areas as needed.
• Assign shifts and cover daily schedules with shift lead.
• Provide timely escalation feedback to management.
