Qualifications

• Strong janitorial and building maintenance knowledge and safety compliance.
• Maintenance of tools and equipment with basic repair skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication with time management.
• Ability to lead a team in complex janitorial operations.
• Capable of tracking supplies and documenting reports.
• Fluent English; bilingual in Spanish and English where needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew and perform janitorial projects at multiple sites.
• Coordinate staffing and communicate schedules.
• Clean and service restrooms, surfaces, windows, and fixtures.
• Handle safety procedures for cleaners and equipment.
• Track supplies and submit reports and supply orders.
• Respond to customer requests promptly in a fast-paced environment.
