RealManage Elevated Onsite in Orlando, FL is seeking an Onsite Janitorial/Porter Associate to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community's common areas, building, and grounds. This full-time, onsite role requires reliability and attention to detail.

You will perform janitorial tasks, groundskeeping, and light maintenance, working with residents and staff. Pay is $23.00 per hour, with benefits described in the posting; high school diploma or GED is preferred and English proficiency

Competenze

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to speak, read, and write English.
Previous janitorial, custodial, groundskeeping, maintenance, or property management experience preferred.

Mansioni

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all common areas, building, and grounds.
Perform janitorial tasks in hallways, restrooms, lobby, gym, pool area, and other spaces.
Conduct groundskeeping duties and light landscaping as needed.
Complete work orders and report maintenance emergencies to Management.
Follow safety procedures and company policies; operate cleaning equipment safely.
Work cooperatively with staff, residents, and vendors.
