Job summary

RealManage Elevated Onsite seeks an Onsite Janitorial Associate to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of VillageWalk at Lake Nona communities in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on cleaning common areas, grounds, and facilities under supervision, with an emphasis on reliability and safety.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2 years’ HOA/janitorial experience, strong communication, and a flexible schedule. Availability for weekends and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• 2 years with HOA, resort, or apartment janitorial experience required.
• Able to follow through on directives and tasks.
• Good communication skills (English) – bilingual a plus.
• Problem solver and self-starter.
• Detailed oriented.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Able to manage time between tasks.
• Good judgment and decision-making.
• Computer skills (MS Office).
• Schedule flexibility (some weekends needed).
• Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of common areas, restrooms, fitness areas, town center, and other areas as directed.
• Light check and bulb change.
• Power washing.
• Pick up trash from lawns and common areas.
• Blow leaves away from common areas.
• Check pool area for trash and contaminants.
• Empty trash bags in common areas.
• Assist maintenance when directed.
