Job summary

LyvWell is seeking a Property Porter in the Orlando area. You will maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities across multiple buildings, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal for residents and guests.

The role includes trash-outs, basic light repairs, and supporting the maintenance team to keep the community welcoming. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to perform physical outdoor labor in all weather, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina required for outdoor work and lifting.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, breezeways, amenity spaces, and common areas for cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Assist maintenance with trash-outs, make-ready turns, and light repairs.
• Clean and sanitize common areas, set up furniture for events, and ensure safety.
• Inspect for hazards and report issues to supervisor.
