Job summary

RealManage, LLC is hiring a part-time Maintenance/Porter to support community facilities in Orlando, FL. The role covers routine maintenance, cleaning of common areas, and assisting residents with requests.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and hold a valid driver’s license. Compensation is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with a benefits package including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, HSA, FSA, education reimbursement, 401(k) matching,

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-service orientation are required.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods is required.
• Reliability and a valid driver’s license are essential for on-site duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist in routine maintenance tasks including minor repairs, painting, and equipment upkeep.
• Maintain cleanliness of all common areas; manage waste and setup for events as needed.
• Assist residents and guests with requests and coordinate repairs with the Maintenance Manager.
• Follow safety regulations and report hazards or maintenance concerns promptly.
