Job summary

LyvWell Apartments in Orlando, FL is seeking a Porter to maintain cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal across grounds, common areas, and amenities, and to support the maintenance team with light repairs and make-ready turns.

Responsibilities include grounds maintenance, cleaning of leasing offices and amenity spaces, trash handling, and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and guests. English communication and physical outdoor work are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior custodial, groundskeeping, or general maintenance experience on a multi-unit residential or commercial property preferred.
• Computer and smartphone literacy required; must communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Grounds & curb appeal maintenance across grounds, breezeways, amenity spaces, and common areas.
• Common area and amenity cleaning of leasing offices, clubhouses, fitness centers, and restrooms.
• Cleaning and sanitation of floors, surfaces, and fixtures; trash handling.
• Make-ready support for unit turns and light maintenance tasks.
• Resident service and communication duties, including notices and courteous service.
• Safety inspections and reporting hazards or policy violations.
