Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Training Specialist to support government IT training initiatives in Arlington, VA. This onsite role focuses on developing and delivering training materials that enable personnel to use information technologies effectively.

You will analyze training needs, coordinate programs, and ensure accessibility and up-to-date content. Strong communication and instructional design skills are essential; travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Instructional Systems Design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 5% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide standards, services, and guidance on IT training programs.
• Conduct training needs analysis; peer review training material for accuracy.
• Maintain policy and standards for training; update content based on feedback.
• Prepare training documentation and update processes to meet customer objectives.
• Coordinate training activities; manage multiple projects from vision to implementation.
• Design and develop training materials and student materials.
• Ensure training materials meet learning objectives and accessibility standards.
• Provide input to Training Manager on continuous improvement.
