Job summary

OCT Consulting, LLC is seeking a Technology Training & Adoption Specialist to work with our federal client, primarily on-site in Washington, DC, with occasional remote work. The role focuses on developing and delivering training programs, creating user guides, and training end-users to adopt new technologies.

Applicants should have a BA/BS with 4+ years of relevant experience or an MA/MS with 2+ years, with at least one year supporting federal agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience developing training materials for adult learners and federal audiences.
• Experience conducting user training sessions and creating knowledge materials.
• Experience supporting technology adoption and change management within government programs.
• MCT or APTD certification is preferred for training professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for federal clients.
• Create user guides and documentation to support knowledge management.
• Conduct user training sessions and workshops.
• Assist communication efforts to facilitate smooth business transitions for deployed solutions.
