Job summary

iPower Technologies is hiring an Onsite (Level 1) IT Technician to provide on-site support in South Florida. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot IT hardware across client sites, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operation of client environments.

Travel between client locations within Dade and Broward counties is required. The role demands strong communication, documentation, and customer service, with a background in Windows/Mac and basic networking. A Bachelor’s in IT is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT experience in a fast-paced Business IT Support Environment.
• Proficiency in Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for IT hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware per company and client standards.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues to minimize downtime and disruption.
• Collaborate with client IT teams for seamless integration of new devices.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks including patches and firmware updates.
• Document all installations, configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
• Assist end-users with setup, connectivity issues, and basic inquiries.
• Adhere to company/client policies and security protocols.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships.
