Job summary

Cyod in Hanover Park, IL is hiring an Associate Technician – W2 for a fully onsite role. You will configure hardware, deploy images, and troubleshoot system components to keep our workstation fleet running smoothly.

This hands‑on IT role emphasizes OS and imaging software proficiency, plus strong problem‑solving and vendor coordination skills in a structured onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience with PC OS, messaging and server software.
• LAN/WAN knowledge and basic scripting are a plus.
• Windows OS, imaging software (Ghost/MDT/SCCM) proficiency.
• At least 1 year hardware troubleshooting on laptops/desktops.

Associate Technician – W2

Location: Hanover Park, IL office. This role is fully onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Configure hardware including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, servers.
• Deploy images and customize software based on provided work instructions.
• Identify and troubleshoot system hardware problems.
• Perform Quality Control inspections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four‑year college or university OR 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with PC operating systems, messaging and server software applications. LAN/WAN knowledge and basic scripting techniques are a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, vendor diagnostics, imaging software such as Ghost, MDT, or SCCM.
• Minimum of one year hardware troubleshooting experience including laptops and desktops for Tier One vendors.
