Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Systems Manager to oversee technology platforms, data systems, and operational tools in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Toms River, NJ. You will coordinate with external IT partners, developers, and internal teams to ensure reliable systems and safe, family-centered service delivery.

Responsibilities include leading vendor selections, CRM development, and implementing new software solutions with staff training.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, systems management or technology administration.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Strong decision-making and prioritization across multiple systems.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors, IT partners or developers.
• Onsite work experience required in Toms River, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and daily oversight of core platforms (Monday.com, CentralReach, Viventium, Microsoft 365, CRM, LMS, AI tools).
• Manage system configurations, workflows, automations, and integrations.
• Lead vendor evaluation, onboarding, and cross-functional tech projects.
• Guide CRM development and long-term system buildout with stakeholders.
• Provide user support and monitor system performance for improvements.
