Job summary

Merola Tile is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Technology & Systems to lead and strengthen the technology function across our multi-site operations in Manalapan, NJ. This on-site role guides strategy, develops the internal team, and partners with external providers to unify systems, security, data, automation and business processes to support growth.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of technology teams in a multi-site environment.
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience with 5+ years in people management.
• Experience supporting a multi-site business; distribution, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong experience with enterprise systems and integrations and infrastructure.
• Demonstrated cybersecurity, business continuity, project and change management, and vendor accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead department performance, priorities, staffing, operating processes, KPIs, and team development.
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure and the Microsoft environment, including cybersecurity governance, access management, backups, business continuity, and incident escalation.
• Lead improvements across ERP, WMS, EDI, CRM, system integrations, SQL, data and reporting, and e-commerce connections.
• Develop an AI and automation roadmap and build internal capabilities to support responsible adoption.
• Manage technology vendors and managed service providers, ensuring service quality and accountability.
• Partner with departments across the company to deliver technology projects and improve business processes.
• Maintain a technology roadmap that gives executive leadership clear visibility into priorities, risks, costs, and opportunities.
