Qualifications

• At least 5 years in IT, with a minimum of 2 years in systems administration.
• Strong understanding of Windows 11 and Windows Server.
• Intermediate understanding of scripting and automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 3 technical escalation support for end-user support.
• Develop and enhance endpoint engineering capabilities.
• Perform onsite support for server closets and equipment.
