Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Level 2 Service Desk Technician in Irving, TX for a long-term, 100% onsite role. You will troubleshoot escalated Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and identity/access issues, support laptops and devices, and manage incidents using ITSM tools, while delivering strong customer service.

The ideal candidate has 2–4+ years of enterprise IT support, hands-on AD/AAD experience, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with both remote and onsite support

Qualifications

2–4+ years of IT support in an enterprise environment.
Strong experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
Hands-on with Active Directory, including user/access administration.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform.
Networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues across Windows, M365, AD/AAD and networking.
Provide remote and onsite support for end users.
Manage incidents using ITSM tools and meet SLAs/KPIs.
Image, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot end-user devices.
Assist with onboarding, access changes, password support, and offboarding.
