Sonic Healthcare USA in Austin, TX seeks a Technical Services Technician II to provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, networking, and peripheral issues. The role handles incident tracking in ServiceNow, supports new hire tech needs, and maintains end-user systems with a focus on reliability.

This 100% onsite, full-time position offers daytime hours, on-site collaboration, and opportunities to coordinate with vendors and other IT teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and solving desk-side, software, and network issues.
• Ability to document and track incidents in ServiceNow.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with mobile device support (iOS/Android).
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and incident management.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage the IT support phone queue and respond to incoming calls.
• Record, prioritize, and resolve incidents in ServiceNow.
• Escalate complex tickets to appropriate IT teams.
• Assist with new hire technology setup and equipment needs.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
• Coordinate with vendors to diagnose hardware issues.
