Job summary

Insitu has an immediate opening for a Level 2 Support Technician. This is a 100% onsite position in Bingen, WA for a contract of 12 months. The role involves providing IT support, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing customer service experiences.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical skills, be a self-starter, and excel in organization and communication. Experience with Insitu systems and the ability to lift 35 lbs. are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience or an Associate degree in a related discipline.
• Previous experience with Insitu systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computers, peripheral equipment, and software.
• Respond to tickets in accordance with established guidelines.
• Record, track, and document the help desk request problem solving process.
• Respond in timely manner to requests and issues.
• Repair and replace equipment as needed.
• Provide onsite and remote support to end users.
• Elevate and coordinate out of scope technical issues.
• Assist in AV setups as needed for meetings.
• Assist new hire training for basic IT needs.
• Set up new workstations for users.
