Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced IT support technician to provide deskside and onsite assistance at client sites in Northlake, TX. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and act as the primary IT owner on site.

You will engage with OT environments, manage assets, and coordinate with vendors to keep systems up and running, while adhering to SLAs and ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on deskside/on-site IT experience.
• Strong Windows/macOS installation and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with networked devices, printers, scanners, and OT gear.
• Solid understanding of AD/Exchange/MMS basics and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and onsite IT support at client sites.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in real time.
• Lead P1/P2 incident resolution with the broader IT team.
• Manage asset inventory and document standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with OT and IT vendors to minimize downtime.
