Job summary

Evergen is a global CDMO in regenerative medicine, headquartered in Alachua, FL, seeking a Full-Time IT Help Desk. You will provide software and hardware support, configure laptops and printers, and resolve technical issues for on-site and remote staff.

Requirements include 0-3 years in desktop support, a High School Diploma, and optional A+ or MCP certification. Onsite office environment with PPE as needed; strong communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in desktop support.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• A+ or MCP certification preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot computer software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide software and hardware support to all on-site and remote employees with a high level of customer service.
• Coordinate the setup, configuration, and installation of laptop and desktop computers and network printers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems pertaining to company devices.
• Install and support licensed and internal software and hardware.
• Provide access to systems and software through Active Directory accounts.
• Triages help desk requests via phone and ticket system in a timely manner and with a high-level of customer service.
• Accurately records, updates, and documents requests using the IT service desk system.
• Maintain inventory of devices provided by the company with a high degree of accuracy.
• Provide additional support for various IT projects.
• Other duties as assigned
