Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support across office, warehouse, and production environments
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, scanners, and basic networking issues
• Respond to help desk tickets and on-site issues in a timely, professional manner
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed
• Own imaging, configuration, and deployment of desktop and laptop systems
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure device/software access for new hires
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and lifecycle status
