The Open Door in Gloucester is seeking an IT Support & Systems Assistant Manager to provide hands-on technology support across the organization. You will be the go-to resource for staff technology needs, helping ensure tools, systems, and support are available to serve the community effectively.

Join a nonprofit focused on reducing hunger and strengthening lives; this role supports day-to-day operations and larger tech initiatives while coordinating with staff and volunteers onsite.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and business applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends.

Aufgaben

• Provide help desk support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and phone system issues.
• Set up, maintain, and inventory computers, mobile devices, and technology equipment.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including accounts, permissions, and equipment deployment.
• Train and assist staff on technology tools while promoting cybersecurity best practices.
• Support technology needs for meetings, events, and multiple organizational locations.
