Job summary

The Open Door in Gloucester, MA seeks an IT & Digital Transformation Manager to lead technology strategy, cybersecurity, data governance, and digital initiatives across the organization. You’ll oversee critical systems, vendors, and IT staff while shaping the future of technology to support hunger relief and community impact.

This role requires seven+ years of IT leadership and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, and Salesforce, plus strong project management and data

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Experience with modern cloud technologies, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, Salesforce.
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to mission, values, and service culture.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and vendor relationships.
• Supervise IT Support & Systems staff and ensure exceptional technology support for staff.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives that improve efficiency and data-driven decision making.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data strategies for leadership impact.
• Lead cross-functional technology projects and manage technology budgeting.
