Job summary

Meriplex seeks a Systems Analyst to support its Technical Assistance Center (TAC) in Freehold, NJ. You will handle Level 1 end-user issues within the TAC ticketing system, delivering exemplary service while following SOPs to resolve requests.

The role focuses on end-user desktop diagnostics, basic network and application support, AD user management, and ITIL-aligned incident response tasks.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and command line.
• Experience delivering end-user support and incident triage.
• Ability to follow SOPs and document workflows clearly.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-specific application support.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity and devices/user connectivity.
• Administer incident response system reboots.
• Perform basic OS support and first-level virtual server triage.
• Navigate Active Directory to manage users and groups.
• Support ITIL-based security, printing, and connectivity tasks.
