Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking an IT Support specialist to join the China Lake IPT team in CA. You will triage service calls, walk-ins, emails, help desk tickets, and Change Requests, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with end users.

Key duties include supporting VTC systems, implementing cybersecurity measures, performing junior system administrator tasks, and coordinating with IT management and cross-functional teams to uphold DoD security requirements and IPT mission. Onsite work only.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• High school diploma or GED plus 5 years of work experience.
• Must be able to be granted a Secret security clearance with a T5 investigation.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to work after hours/weekend support for patching and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to all end users, customers, and guests within the IPT.
• Support all VTC systems used throughout the IPT.
• Coordinate activities with IT Management, other technical teams, stakeholders, and business owners.
• Perform junior level system administrator tasks: accounts, permissions, CRs, tickets, deployments.
