DCS Corporation in Ridgecrest, CA is seeking an IT Support professional to join the F/A-18 & EA-18G Integrated Product Team at China Lake. You will triage service calls, assist walk-ins, and manage help desk tickets, ensuring timely resolutions and high-quality user support across the IPT.

The role requires U.S. Citizenship, a high school diploma with 5 years of experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• High school diploma or GED plus 5 years of experience.
• Must be able to obtain Secret clearance with a T5 investigation.
• Onsite work required; not remote.
• DoD 8140 certifications or Security+ expected.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support to all end users, customers, and guests within the IPT.
• Support, implement, and comply with cybersecurity requirements and controls.
• Perform junior level system administrator tasks: account creation, file share accounts, account permissions, CR deployments, desktop/application troubleshooting, IT asset deployments.
• Coordinate activities with IT Management, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business owners.
• Work with cross-functional teams to achieve the IPT's mission.
• Identify and manage IT/C services, infrastructure components, and relevant documentation.
