Job summary

Cape is seeking an Onsite IT Support Specialist for our New York City office. You will be the first line of IT support, delivering a smooth onboarding experience and rapid resolution of day-to-day requests.

You will keep hardware inventory accurate and ensure spaces are ready for use across desks, conference rooms, and AV systems. You will work to automate provisioning, improve first-day experiences, and build out IT processes to scale with the company’s growth while supporting privacy and

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of IT support experience in a dynamic tech environment.
• Hands-on macOS laptop support with cross-platform familiarity.
• Experience with ticketing systems and SLA adherence.
• Experience maintaining conference-room hardware and AV setups.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of IT in the NYC office and lead on-site IT builds.
• Own onboarding through hypergrowth with automated provisioning.
• Develop and maintain asset-management system for laptops and peripherals.
• Manage IT hardware procurement and inventory across offices.
• Support global security goals (certifications like CMMC/SOC 2).
