MeeBoss is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and software across multiple sites in Union, New Jersey. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, customer service, and on-site resolution.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience or a 3-year master’s with strong hardware/software installation, asset management, and incident handling. Travel to company locations is required and all work is on-site.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• Proven experience providing desktop or IT service delivery support.

Mansioni

• Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, applications, and end-user technologies.
• Diagnose and resolve escalated issues requiring advanced troubleshooting or on-site assistance.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain hardware, software, OS, and productivity apps.
• Support hardware deployments, equipment refreshes, workstation relocations, and asset management activities.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, application performance, and end-user computing issues.
• Document troubleshooting procedures, incident resolutions, and recurring issues in ticketing/knowledge systems.
• Collaborate with Level 1, infrastructure, and vendors to resolve problems.
• Travel to multiple locations to provide on-site support and assist with deployments.
• Provide timely updates to end users and management on incident status and progress.
• Follow IT service management procedures and customer service guidelines.
• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
