Job summary

Lowell Community Health Center in Lowell, MA is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide Tier 1–2 user support, monitor helpdesk tickets, and manage user accounts in Windows/Office 365 environments. This onsite role supports desktop applications and cloud-based tools.

You will troubleshoot software including Microsoft 365, Epic, and browser plug-ins, maintain documentation, and assist with equipment repairs and training.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT Help Desk and/or Desktop Support preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Windows 10/11, MS Office 2016/O365, MS Servers 2012r2/2016/2019 and MS Active Directory preferred.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and OSI model preferred.
• Certification such as MCTS, CompTIA A+ or Network+ is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides Tier1 & 2 user support for onsite users.
• Monitor helpdesk system for tickets and resolve in a timely manner.
• Manage user accounts in a Windows environment with Office 365.
• Install and troubleshoot computer software, including Microsoft 365 suite, Epic, browser plug-ins and others.
• Maintain documentation on hardware/software configuration and inventory.
• Assist with training users on software applications and coordinating equipment repairs.
