Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in a technical operating capacity.
• Experience with help desk tickets or desktop support preferred.

• Windows Server experience is a plus.
• Active Directory experience preferred.
• Onsite full-time assignment during the contract period.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT/Desktop support for ~150 users.
• Liaise with contracted IT company and software vendors.
• Respond to IT requests via calls, emails, and tickets.
• Assist clients with IT issues and exceptional customer service.
• Support hardware: desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals.
• Follow security and confidentiality policies, maintain documentation.
