Job summary

JMARK is seeking a temporary IT Support Specialist Contractor to be the onsite IT resource in Seneca, KS for a Banking Client. You will provide evaluation and support for day-to-day IT activities, and train internal staff and clients on new technologies as needed.

The assignment begins immediately and runs through September 30, 2026. Must be onsite full-time Monday–Friday, with occasional evening or weekend hours; travel assistance may be available for candidates outside the immediate area.

Qualifications

• One year of technical operating experience.
• Help desk or desktop support experience
• Banking/financial environment experience preferred
• Active Directory and Windows Server experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT/Desktop support for ~150 users.
• Serve as liaison with contracted IT company and vendor software support.
• Respond to IT requests via calls, emails, and tickets.
• Assist users with hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
• Develop systems and procedures to deliver quality IT service.
