Job summary

Remington Hospitality is seeking an IT Support Specialist for our Dallas corporate office. This on-site, full-time role supports associates and executives, resolving laptops, Microsoft 365, printers, and conference-room tech with a service-minded approach.

You will report to the EVP Head of Information Technology and handle tickets in ServiceNow, ensuring meetings run smoothly with Teams, displays, cameras, and microphones. Base salary is $55,000–$60,000 USD plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of corporate IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows & Microsoft 365, Entra ID, MFA.
• Experience with laptops, peripherals, printers and conference-room tech.
• Experience with a ticketing system and remote monitoring tools.
• Basic networking knowledge: Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP.

Responsibilities

• Be our on-site go-to for the corporate office and resolve tickets in ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot Windows laptops, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, printers and conference-room tech.
• Provide professional, patient support to executives and senior leaders.
• Keep conference rooms running (Teams, displays, cameras, mics) for important meetings.
• Diagnose endpoint issues with Datto RMM and replace laptops as needed.
• Collaborate with MSP and document solutions in knowledge articles.
• Identify root causes and suggest automation or AI-based improvements.
