Job summary

Remington Hospitality in Dallas/Fort Worth is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the on-site resource for the corporate office. This full-time, permanent role reports to the EVP Head of Information Technology and requires five days per week on site.

You will troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365, support executives, keep conference rooms running, and collaborate with our MSP. The base salary is $55,000–$60,000 USD, with health benefits, retirement, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of corporate IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting in Windows and Microsoft 365, Entra ID and MFA.
• Experience troubleshooting laptops, peripherals, printers and conference-room technology.
• Experience with ticketing or service management platforms and remote support tools.
• Basic networking knowledge: Wi-Fi, DNS and DHCP.

Responsibilities

• Be our on-site go-to for the corporate office; resolve tickets in ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot Windows laptops, Microsoft 365 apps, printers and networking issues.
• Provide professional, patient support to executives and senior leaders.
• Keep conference rooms running with Teams, displays, cameras and microphones.
• Diagnose endpoint issues with Datto RMM and replace laptops as needed.
• Collaborate with MSP and IT teams; document solutions.
• Identify root causes and explore AI/automation to simplify tasks.
