Remington Hotels LLC‑RHC is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide on-site corporate IT support in our Dallas/Fort Worth office. You will handle laptops, Microsoft 365, MFA, conferencing tech, and end-user issues while partnering with MSPs to resolve escalations.

The role reports to the EVP Head of Information Technology and requires no visa sponsorship. 5‑day on‑site work with healthcare, 401(k) and paid time off are offered.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of corporate desktop, deskside, help desk or end-user IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting in Windows and Microsoft 365 environment, with Entra ID and MFA.
• Experience troubleshooting laptops, peripherals, printers, and conference-room tech.

Responsabilités

• Be our on-site go-to: primary IT support for corporate office and tickets in ServiceNow.
• Fix everyday tech issues: Windows laptops, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, printers, connectivity, MFA issues.
• Support executives with professional, high-touch IT assistance and conference-room tech readiness.
