Job summary

The Community Solution Education System is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our onsite support team at The Chicago School. You will ensure faculty, staff, and students can effectively utilize our technology by providing hands-on IT support and user training.

Responsibilities include incident handling, AV/classroom tech support, and collaboration across the IT department. Weekend shifts and events support are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience required.
• CompTIA A+ or Google IT Support certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service with strong communication and problem solving.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues across hardware and software.
• Maintain professionalism while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborate across departments to support IT services.
• Work flexible shifts including peak periods at semester start.
