Custom Computer Specialists, Inc. (CCS) seeks an On-Site Senior Technician to join our Onsite Services Team in Boston, MA.

You will provide full-time, on-site end-user support for a Boston-based client, delivering premium deskside service with high satisfaction in a technically diverse environment. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage tickets, configure and repair desktops and peripherals, and collaborate with IT teams.

Qualifikationen

• Customer-focused on-site end-user support.
• Ability to manage and prioritize inbound tickets.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with desktop/Laptop/printer/device deployment and repair.
• Knowledge of networks and IT security basics.
