Motrex seeks a part-time on-site Desk Side Support Technician to provide break-fix IT support for the user community at our Milwaukee, WI facility. The role covers diagnosing hardware and software issues and imaging desktops, laptops, and printers.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in enterprise environments, strong customer service, and the ability to work Tuesday and Thursday mornings. On-site presence is required, with duties aligned to ITIL/ITSM practices and documentation in the

Formación

• 3+ years of enterprise PC support experience.
• Familiar with Windows 11, Active Directory and Microsoft Office; basic networking (Ethernet/TCP/IP).
• Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide face-to-face, phone and online break-fix support to the user community.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and image desktops, laptops, peripherals, and Zebra printers/scanners.
• Document all activities, changes and incidents for audit and knowledge continuity.
• Prepare and deploy PCs, laptops and printers, and manage hardware inventory in CMDB.
• Interface with vendors to support hardware/software systems.
• Support plant floor technical issues and collaborate with NA local support team.
