Job summary

Nclusion, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to ensure every employee has the technology, tools, and support they need to excel.

You will be the first in-person IT hire at our Palo Alto office, handling walk-up and remote support, provisioning devices, and managing identity access for a growing team. You will own onboarding/offboarding, oversee Google Workspace and Office 365, troubleshoot network and endpoint issues, and set up AV for meetings.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of IT support experience, ideally at a startup.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, clear explanations to employees.
• Proactive problem-solving and preventative issue resolution track record.
• Deep technical range across IT infrastructure, endpoints, and applications.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with identity and access management.
• AI-forward mindset and using AI tools to work faster.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-up and ticketed IT support; troubleshoot across Mac, Windows, Linux.
• Provide hands-on support for device provisioning, hardware diagnostics, patching, and endpoint maintenance.
• Own onboarding and offboarding, identity and access management, and hardware lifecycle management with cross-team collaboration.
• Troubleshoot onsite network, connectivity, and hardware; administer Google Workspace and Office 365.
• Set up, troubleshoot, and support onsite AV and meeting room technology.
