Job summary

Chameleon Integrated Services is seeking an IT Support Engineer for an onsite role in San Francisco. You will be the go-to person helping teams stay productive, providing hands-on IT support, onboarding/offboarding, and ensuring secure access to tools.

You will support Scale employees and executives, manage office tech, document processes, and promote IT best practices across a fast-growing federal IT environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of corporate IT experience.
• Strong fundamentals in hardware, software (Mac/Windows) and cloud tech (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, Azure AD/M365).
• Positive attitude and eagerness to build scalable processes for a growing org.
• Experience supporting remote teams across multiple offices globally using Slack/Google Meet.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and offboard employees, including orientations and provisioning hardware/accounts.
• Provide general IT support to all Scale employees (help desk/service desk, troubleshooting).
• Provide white-glove IT support to executives, ensuring reliable and secure access to tools.
• Maintain and support office technology (printers, Google Meet rooms, schedulers).
• Own IT asset management with accurate records of equipment.
• Promote IT best practices and coordinate with IT Systems and Infrastructure team.
• Track, resolve, or dispatch issues in Jira Service Management.
• Create and update technology documentation for internal IT teams and Scale employees.
• Continuously seek improvements to user experience and internal processes.
• Work onsite five days a week, supporting teams in person and remotely.
• Prioritize competing requests and adapt to changing business needs.
• Drive to learn and grow.
