Teceze USA is seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide end-user support and smart hands/eyes services at the Sacramento, CA site. The role covers hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, installation, and coordination with remote IT teams.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently at a client site. This is a fixed-term contract from Oct 5, 2026 to Apr 1, 2027.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide end-user support and smart hands/eyes services.

Locations: Sacramento, CA

Contract: October 5, 2026 – April 1, 2027

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM local time; occasional Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
