Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• 3+ years in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop engineering roles.
• Proficient with macOS and Windows in a corporate setting.
• Hands-on ServiceNow, Okta, and Atlassian Cloud experience.
• Strong diagnostic and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve hardware, software, networking, and SaaS issues via phone, email, and ticketing channels.
• Provide priority IT support to executives and travel-ready configurations.
• Onboard new hires by provisioning devices and configuring accounts across identity platforms.
• Manage full device lifecycle including imaging, inventory, and asset logistics.
• Implement endpoint management, OS patching, and security-aligned processes.
• Maintain knowledge base and runbooks; contribute to process improvements.
