Job summary

HC Fraud Shield seeks an IT Support Specialist to deliver day-to-day technical support, manage end-user computing, onboarding/offboarding, training, and documentation under IT Security Manager guidance.

This on-site role acts as the in-person owner of office technology and security: badges, door access, printers, conference rooms, and inventory control. 3+ years in IT support with Windows and M365 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years IT support experience, HIPAA-regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with Windows OS, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, and Group Policy.

Responsibilities

• End-User Support & Training: provide help desk support, respond to requests, resolve tickets to user satisfaction.
• Endpoint, Mobile & Identity Administration: manage workstations, Intune enrollment, device configurations, and access controls.
• On-Site Operations & Facilities: handle badges, door access, printers, and conference rooms onsite.
• Documentation & Process: create clear support documentation; maintain asset and access records for audit.
• Security Compliance & Operations: patching, vulnerability remediation, and HIPAA-related standards compliance.
