Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking an Onsite Technical Coordinator in Fort Worth, TX to deliver hands-on IT support in a high-volume environment. You will manage devices, troubleshoot hardware, and support new hires to ensure smooth operations.

You will handle asset tracking, ticket management, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, operations, and leadership, while maintaining strong customer service. This role is onsite with competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional IT education preferred.
• 1-3 years of IT support or related roles preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting PCs, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Basic Windows OS, Microsoft 365, network connectivity, and account troubleshooting.
• Experience with IT ticketing or help desk systems preferred.
• Experience with asset tracking or deployment preferred.

Responsibilities

• IT asset check-in/check-out and daily issuance, tracking, and accountability of devices.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct routine audits.
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware issues on laptops, desktops, monitors, and printers.
• Provide tier 1 IT help desk support for onsite employees.
• Create, prioritize, track, and resolve IT tickets; escalate when needed.
• Assist with new hire IT onboarding and access provisioning.
• Inspect workstations and equipment to prevent issues and downtime.
