Job summary

Holland & Knight in Century City, CA, is seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist to assist attorneys and staff with PCs, phones, AV, and IT infrastructure. The role reports to an IT Support Manager and requires hands-on problem solving in a corporate environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT support, experience with Windows 10, MS Office, Cisco VoIP, and conferencing tools, plus ServiceNow ticketing and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• ITIL Foundations or A+ certification or demonstrated equivalent.
• 3+ years in a corporate IT support environment.
• Strong experience with Windows 10 and MS Office, especially Outlook/Word.
• Experience supporting Cisco VoIP, Zoom, and Teams-based conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for attorneys and staff.
• Maintain IT incident tickets in ServiceNow and document work thoroughly.
• Support events, conferences, and meetings on site or off site as needed.
• Assist with printers, AV equipment, and IT infrastructure in the office.
• Collaborate with IT groups on projects and respond to outages.
