Holland & Knight LLP in Washington, DC is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide on-site technical support for attorneys and staff, covering PCs, phones, AV equipment and IT infrastructure.

The role requires strong service orientation and experience with Windows 10, Office, Cisco VoIP, Zoom and Teams, mobile devices, printers, and ServiceNow, with the ability to collaborate across offices and travel to other H&K sites as needed.

Formación

• 3+ years in a corporate environment.
• 3+ years of technical support experience.
• Experience with Windows 10 and Office Suite (Outlook/Word).
• Experience supporting Cisco VoIP and voicemail systems.
• Experience with web conferencing (Zoom, Teams).
• Experience with Apple/Android devices and printers.
• ServiceNow experience for incident logging.
• Basic network troubleshooting knowledge.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support PCs, phones, IT peripherals and IT infrastructure in the office.
• Document work in the IT incident ticketing system thoroughly.
• Provide support to incidents escalated from technicians or the service desk.
• Assist during events, conferences and meetings onsite and offsite.
• Support office administration activities and IT projects.
• Collaborate with internal IT groups on projects and activities.
• Respond to outages (power, HVAC, network) in the office.
• Engage in special projects as assigned.
