The role requires basic networking knowledge, strong customer service, and the ability to travel within ESGW territory as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Coursework in computer science or technical training helpful.
• 0–2 years in help desk or end-user support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for staff onsite at Great Falls location.
• Install, test, maintain, repair, and network computers and peripherals.
• Administer Windows domain accounts; install and troubleshoot software on Windows devices.
