Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain, Inc. in Great Falls, MT is seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist to assist staff with hardware, software, and network issues.

You’ll install, test, maintain computers and peripherals, administer Windows domain accounts, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps in a HIPAA/PCI environment. The role requires strong communication, technical knowledge, and willingness to travel within ESGW, with on-call duties and occasional evenings to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent and at least some technical coursework.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Willingness to travel within ESGW territory and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite end-user technical support for staff.
• Install, test, repair, and maintain computers, printers, and related peripherals.
• Administer Windows domain accounts and software deployments.
• Respond to tickets via email/phone/system and ensure quality service.
