Motion Recruitment is seeking an IT Support Analyst I for a 6-month onsite contract in Plano, TX. You will support enterprise IT operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service desk processes in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and the ability to manage incidents from initial contact through resolution. This is a hands-on position focused on end-user support and collaboration with technical teams.

Competenze

• Experience in IT help desk, service desk, or technical support environments.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Office, and common workplace apps.
• Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Understanding of desktop hardware, software, and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to prioritize incidents and escalate when needed.

Mansioni

• Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system incidents using remote tools.
• Manage and prioritize service requests, incidents, and escalations to meet SLAs.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Support routine system maintenance and daily operational checks.
• Deliver white-glove customer service while collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
