Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or 7 years relevant experience.
• Experience handling Tier 1 and 2 support independently and documenting steps.
• Expertise in Windows with admin-level Linux familiarity.
• Strong communication and customer-service approach for non-technical users.
• Structured, ticket-driven workflow with clear documentation and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day service desk queue and resolve incidents.
• Provide end-user support for laptops, printers, and common software on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Manage user lifecycle: accounts, licenses, password resets, MFA, onboarding/offboarding.
• Configure devices for new hires, ship hardware, and use Intune setup processes.
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive; assist with IT security and compliance.
