Job summary

GovCIO is hiring an IT Service Technician to provide onsite IT support in Edmond, Oklahoma. The role requires working on-site, obtaining certifications, and supporting enterprise networks and devices. Travel may be required for site coverage.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma with 0-3 years of experience, strong technical proficiency, and the ability to resolve complex issues via ServiceNow, SCCM, VPN, and Citrix. Public Trust clearance is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• US Citizen as a must-have requirement.
• High technical proficiency expected for IT support tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities required.
• On-site IT support experience preferred or commensurate experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for Edmund, OK location.
• Coordinate with support teams and customers to resolve issues.
• Perform routine maintenance on networks/servers and replace components.
• Ensure devices are encrypted and compliant with disposal policies.
• Assist with hardware/software installations and remote troubleshooting.
