Job summary

Dymin Systems in Urbandale, IA is seeking a Project Engineer to lead onboarding of new managed services clients and standardize environments for secure, scalable operations.

You will coordinate infrastructure, cloud, security, and endpoint management deployments, acting as the primary technical contact during transitions and ensuring documentation and knowledge transfer for long-term support.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, security, and systems administration.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and endpoint management technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent documentation and organizational abilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding of new managed services clients and standardize environments.
• Coordinate onboarding projects from kickoff through transition to ongoing support.
• Configure and deploy Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, SharePoint, and related cloud tech.
• Set up and manage endpoint management, RMM tools, and security platforms.
• Design backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Document infrastructure, applications, and network configurations; transfer knowledge to teams.
